Christmas Rum Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 C almond meal
  • 1 C oats
  • 1 C desiccated coconut
  • 1 C crushed peanuts
  • ½ C raisins
  • 10 scoops WPI
  • 2 tsp. rum essence
  • 2 tbsp. hot chocolate powder
  • Desiccated coconut for rolling

 

Method:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the extra coconut.
  2. Wet hands and roll into small balls, then coat in extra coconut. If consistency is too wet add almond meal, oats or more protein powder.
  3. Refrigerate and enjoy!
