Greek Yoghurt Bark

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1 1/2 cups Chobani plain low fat yogurt
  • 3 tbs honey
  • 1/2 cup goodness superfoods protein clusters OR 1/2 cup mixed raw nuts crushed
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

 

Method

  1. Line a tray with baking paper and set aside
  2. Mix Greek yogurt and honey in a bowl until well combined. Pour onto prepared baking sheet and spread into a thin layer
  3. Top with protein clusters and / or nuts, blueberries and strawberries
  4. Cover the baking sheet with aluminium foil. Place in the freezer for two hours or overnight until bark is fully frozen. Slice into pieces and serve immediately.
  5. Keep stored in the freezer
