Makes a great high protein breakfast or recovery snack
- ½ cup raw oats
- 2 tbsp natural greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ¾ cup low fat milk or milk alternative of choice
- 1 tsp of honey or vanilla essence
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup trail mix or mixed nuts
- Mix all of the ingredients together and either put in a jar with a tight lid, or leave in breakfast bowl and cover tightly with cling wrap.
- Leave in fridge overnight.
- Top with toppings of choice and enjoy
