Overnight Oats

Makes a great high protein breakfast or recovery snack


  • ½ cup raw oats
  • 2 tbsp natural greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup low fat milk or milk alternative of choice
  • 1 tsp of honey or vanilla essence


  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup trail mix or mixed nuts



  1. Mix all of the ingredients together and either put in a jar with a tight lid, or leave in breakfast bowl and cover tightly with cling wrap.
  2. Leave in fridge overnight.
  3. Top with toppings of choice and enjoy
