Strawberry Icecream


  • 2 cups frozen strawberries (can use fresh but freeze solid first)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup Greek plain yogurt
  • ½ tbsp. fresh lemon juice


  1. Add the frozen strawberries, honey, yoghurt and lemon juice into a food processor
  2. Process until creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps left
  4. Transfer to an airtight freezable container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours, best overnight. Store it in the freezer for up to 1 month
