- 2 cups frozen strawberries (can use fresh but freeze solid first)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup Greek plain yogurt
- ½ tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- Add the frozen strawberries, honey, yoghurt and lemon juice into a food processor
- Process until creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps left
- Transfer to an airtight freezable container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours, best overnight. Store it in the freezer for up to 1 month
